stlcard25ParticipantGraceffo is doing his best Jacob DeGrom impression so far. He, McGreevy and Liberatore have a shot to be a very solid 1-2-3 for many years ahead.

ParticipantGraceoff’s numbers just beats out McGreevy’s…. both have been spectacular. I can’t wait when their spots in the rotation come up. I’m pretty sure that McGreevy will get a promotion first but Graceoff should make Springfield also. The SprgCards can’t wait.
Paniagua and Moreno can take their places at Peoria. All in all the organizational pitching is looking a lot better than in ’21.
May 2, 2022 at 11:35 am #184137There should be no contraversy for the player of the month!
May 3, 2022 at 7:30 am #184197Strong hitting performances in the #stlcards system in April were prevalent. In a normal month, Nolan Gorman may have won, but Moisés Gómez topped our #1 prospect with a .412 BA, 11 HR (tied with Gorman for the most in MiLB), and an OPS over 1.400. ParticipantThis is Gomez’s second season at AA but he is putting up crazy numbers and carrying the Sprf-Cards. If Gorman had his #s he might be in STL already.
May 3, 2022 at 9:15 am #184204I bet Gorman wishes it was that clear.
May 5, 2022 at 11:08 am #184422You may already know that @Sgf_Cardinals OF Moises Gomez and @peoriachiefs RHP Gordon Graceffo are the #stlcards system's Player and Pitcher of the Month, respectively, But The Cardinal Nation goes deeper, with details on other April finalists. July 4, 2022 at 2:31 pm #190075The #STLCards' June Pitcher of the Month Inohan Paniagua was The Cardinal Nation's Emerging Pitcher of the Year in 2021 and is our no. 19 prospect. @DannyMacTV and I discussed him last Wednesday. Player of the Month Malcom Nunez is no. 22. (free) https://t.co/fCOpQrYK0p pic.twitter.com/BXZkDx1Rkv

July 4, 2022 at 3:51 pm #190089Seems strange that Paniagua hasn’t been promoted yet.
July 4, 2022 at 6:17 pm #190102Agreed. Must be some box he hasn’t checked off yet.

July 5, 2022 at 2:02 pm #190168Great for Cornwell! It’s exciting to have a new pitching prospect who has come from off the radar. I didn’t know anything about him when he was drafted. Hopefully, the Cardinals can keep improving him.
July 6, 2022 at 9:23 am #190266The Cardinal Nation agrees that 1B Malcom Nunez is June's Hitter of the Month across the #STLCards system. @bt_newberry goes much further, with comparative stats on nine finalists. Encouragingly, 3 of the top 4 in OPS were at Double-A Springfield. (free) https://t.co/zogpLoT9LM pic.twitter.com/yHO4LpBCT4

August 2, 2022 at 3:27 pm #193647In a close competition between two of 11 finalists, the Cardinal Nation’s choice as the top hitter in the #STLCards system during July is outfielder Patrick Romeri, who parlayed his success into a promotion from Palm Beach to Peoria. August 6, 2022 at 5:20 pm #194277The Cardinals have a tie for Player of the Month between Chase Pinder and Patrick Romeri. They made Inohan Paniagua Pitcher of the Month over Hence.
September 1, 2022 at 1:03 pm #198637From among 12 finalists, is The Cardinal Nation’s choice as the top pitcher in the #STLCards system during August the rookie ball starter with a 0.00 ERA or the late-inning reliever with tremendous results? September 2, 2022 at 9:20 am #198686In a virtual landslide, The Cardinal Nation’s choice as the top hitter in the #STLCards system during August is Springfield outfielder Matt Koperniak , who bested seven other finalists with his 1.091 OPS. (free) https://t.co/vXYZg3KPjV pic.twitter.com/lAS5GN644y

stlcard25ParticipantKoperniak has given himself a chance to become a big leaguer with his solid performance this year. Does anyone know if the Cards have had any players from Britain on their team in recent years?
September 2, 2022 at 11:47 am #19869114NyquisT
ParticipantThough their ERAs were among the “highest” of a very good group, starters Jose Davila (Palm Beach) and Zane Mills (Peoria) still registered stellar ERAs under 2.00.
These are the two that I was looking at for Aug. But if I had to pick one…. it would be Baker.
September 4, 2022 at 1:37 pm #199037The Cardinals agree with our picks as they select Koperniak and Marrero as their Player and Pitcher of the Month, respectively.
Cardinals Name Koperniak and Marrero Top August Minor Leaguers
September 4, 2022 at 2:44 pm #199065I continue tô detest the term “player” of the month. Pitchers are players also. Not just this site that uses the term. Alternatives? Position player of the month or even hitter of the month since that is really what it is. I dont think Brian hás ever cited defensive stats when discussing who won and why.
