2021/2022 Cardinals Winter Ball Report – February 4

Cardinals prospects Ivan Herrera and Wilfredo Pereira competed with Panama in the Caribbean Series. Herrera batted .300 as a key part of the team, but Panama was eliminated after the round robin. The tournament great pitching by Mexico, a strong Dominican lineup featuring Robinson Cano and Marcel Ozuna, and an underdog run by Colombia culminating in the country’s first Caribbean Series title.
