Another thing about Bloom’s comments is that they could be interpreted multiple ways. When he said that we need to be ready to make some tough decisions that could mean some NTC or arb players might need to be traded. It could also mean that we need to stop beaming prospects up from AA (to borrow a phrase from bling) and let them stay in the minors long enough to be ready. Or maybe it means all of those things.
