Phase 1 Demo is ongoing.
The 25′ FA’s have already walked. The opening day player budget for 24′ was 175.2mil (Cots) and currently they show 138mil as a projected 26man for 25′.
Bill has had the dozer out, breaking ground on his reset. Big footprint time for him this offseason.
His mandate is still sell. The construction schedule has demo competed by the start of the 25-26′ offseason with Mikolas, Matz, Fedde and Helsley all reaching FA status (or traded). That’s evidently not accelerated enough for Bill, even though Gray, Arenado and Contreras would only account for 75mil in 2026, which is the start of Phase 2.
