I’m flummoxed to still be voting Granillo here. I think he’s our Helsley in 2026. Easily top 20 for me.
I respect your opinion here, but I’m a little perplexed by it as well. What makes you think this? Nothing I’ve read on Granillo makes me think he has 100 mph in his back pocket. He has a good, but not elite K rate. His walks have always been too high. I’m just curious what it is that I’m missing, because I see him far more likely to be our Woodford than our Helsley. Guys like Helsley and Gallegos came in either as starters who got a boost from the pen, or guys with already crazy K rates as relievers. That said, he seems like a good guy, so I hope he does pan out.
