Gray has been pretty bad over his last 5 starts…28.1 IP, 39 hits, 21 ER’s, 5 BB, 35 K’s
and a dreadful 6.67 ERA. Is he hurting? Any reason why he has fallen off a cliff?
I don’t know that but I do know that he is still owed $65M after this season. Yikes! I never liked how that contract was structured. Completely kicked the can down the road and will not allow us to add as much the next two years.
