The rotation will be perpetually in trouble until the pipeline starts turning out serviceable starters at least as fast as they flame out. BDW isn’t going to buy a good rotation plus good depth every year. Mo isn’t going to produce a pipeline by trading off expiring contracts and underperformers. The player development system is going to have to get fixed.
