The Dodgers have greatly benefited from their system even though they draft towards the bottom every year. They have a really good development team and they also have done well in the international draft which we haven’t mentioned in this thread yet.
The Cubs hit it big during their tank and rebuild years but lately I feel like they have restocked thier farm through trades and developing more pitchiers, which they neglected for years.
