I appreciated this article Brian. It does seem that the tactics have changed some. But mostly, they’ve just been grabbing pitchers with any promise wherever and however they could and hoped they could make something of them. I personally had high hopes that the LJay Newsome move would turn out to be brilliant. But alas. He just was recovering for too long.
