cubbies playing some decent ball….which is a good thing. Never thought I’d say that, but for awhile there it looked as if they might have a top 5 draft pick coming their way next year. Hendricks goes today vs Pittsburgh, so that should equate to cub victory. Earlier this year I was worried that Hendricks might notch 20 big ones. But with this supporting cast of misfits, he doesn’t have a prayer. This Schwindell guy sure is bopping the ball for them though. Was glad to see that he’s already 29 years old.
