Cardinals Adjust Memphis Redbirds Roster for Finals

In preparation for the opening of the Pacific Coast League Championship Series Tuesday night, the Memphis Redbirds added two players, one from Springfield and one from Palm Beach, while placing two others on the seven-day disabled list.
