Top Prospects Clustered at Top of Cardinals System

Season-opening rosters for the St. Louis Cardinals indicate more of the best prospects are opening 2018 at higher levels of the system than the year before. Jordan Hicks isn’t the only fast-moving prospect this season, but there is concern about the next waves.
