Really hoping this is an outlier for Mayers because tonight he looks like the Mayers of Cardinals past.
Schrock didn’t get on-air credit for that triple. It is really a shame he was hurt when camp opened. His time is still ahead.
you can count me in on the Schrock fan club as well. I loved it when we got him in that trade with the A’s. Its shaping up like one of the best trades we’ve made.
I also saw Greene pitch last Thursday. He’s got some real talent if he can settle down. That would put the Grichuk trade right up there with the Piscotty trade.
Add in the Marco and Jaime trades, and Mo’s on a roll.
