Peoria Chiefs Notebook: 2017 Week 19

After last week’s offensive explosion, the Peoria Chiefs (27-23) took a step backward, posting a 1-4 record. The inability to capitalize with runners in scoring position is what hurt Peoria, stranding 30 runners. The Chiefs need to find their old form in a hurry as they’re currently in the middle of a crucial four game series against first place Quad Cities. Austin Warner has been a great addition to the rotation.
