Cardinals Place Wainwright and Knizner on Injured List, Many Other Moves Follow

Tuesday’s St. Louis Cardinals battery moved to the IL on Wednesday, with reliever James Naile optioned out. Replacements are catcher Ivan Herrera and pitchers Dakota Hudson and Zack Thompson. Many minor league moves followed.
