Michael McGreevy

McGreevy, 22, is The Cardinal Nation’s fifth-ranked prospect. The right-hander made 20 starts for Springfield last season but did not impress in spring camp. So McGreevy was returned to Double-A to open 2023, but needed just three starts to move ahead.

This season with Springfield, McGreevy struck out 16 and walked just one in 18 2/3 innings. He allowed four runs, three earned, for a 1.45 ERA.

In addition to Hudson, Tommy Parsons is on Memphis’ IL, with James Naile having moved from relief to starting.

Brody Moore

The Cardinals’ 17th round draft pick in 2022 opened the season on the injured list after suffering an injury late in spring camp. In his debut season with Palm Beach, Moore, 22, slashed .252/.326/.288/.614 in 129 plate appearances.
