Early Wednesday afternoon, with the St. Louis Cardinals on the cusp of returning to the World Series, I was delighted to join co-hosts Rene Knott and Joe Roderick (sitting in for Charlie Marlow) on their daily show, Middle Relief, on CBS Sports Radio 920 in St. Louis.
While the primary attention was on the Cardinals’ performance to date against the Los Angeles Dodgers in the National League Championship Series and the look ahead to Game 5 later that afternoon, we also had time for some Cardinals prospect talk.
