What do you think about Conforto, jj? He’s got a high ceiling. One year of control left. Might require a Goldy type return for the Mets. Would something like Gomber, Bader and a pitcher (prospect or reliever) do it? Maybe add Knizner?
I’d imagine the year trial could be a chance to see how he fits with the chance to sign him long term after 2021.
