Late last week, I joined host Allen Vaughan on his daily show, “The High Road” on Springfield’s Jock 98.7 FM. The station is well-known as the radio home of the Double-A Springfield Cardinals. Vaughan is also one of the owners/founders of Springfield’s TAG Magazine, a great resource for folks in Southwest Missouri.
As you might expect, we spent most of the time talking about various prospects in the Cardinals minor system, including Shelby Miller, Zack Cox, Kolten Wong, Carlos Martinez, Matt Adams and others, with some major league talk sprinkled in as well.
