Acquired from Toronto Blue Jays in return for international cap money on July 2, 2017. Originally selected by Toronto in the fifth round of the 2014 First-Year Player Draft. Placed on the 40-man roster on November 20, 2018. Traded to Washington for pitcher J.A. Happ on July 30, 2021.
