The St. Louis Cardinals staged an unlikely ninth-inning comeback, scoring four runs to edge the Kansas City Royals on Wednesday evening at Busch Stadium. Dakota Hudson threw six innings of two-run baseball to keep the Cardinals in the game as the offense again had trouble bringing runners home.
