ESPN to televise two Cardinals spring training games

On Wednesday, ESPN announced its slate of eight spring training games to be televised nationally. The St. Louis Cardinals will be well-represented, with two of the eight, including the first telecast.

On Monday, March 11, the Cardinals game at Tampa against the New York Yankees is the initial game to be covered. Jon Sciambi, Doug Glanville and Jayson Stark will provide commentary.

Two weeks later, the Cards will again appear on ESPN. This time, it will be from Port St. Lucie as St. Louis faces the New York Mets on Tuesday, March 26. On the coverage team will be Karl Ravech, Aaron Boone, Rick Sutcliffe and Tim Kurkjian. Both games are 1 P.M. Eastern time starts.
