The St. Louis Cardinals placed outfielder Dexter Fowler on the COVID-related injured list, replacing him on the active roster with a player coming off the same list, first baseman outfielder Rangel Ravelo. The club also flipped relievers Ryan Meisinger and Rob Kaminsky, off and on the active roster, respectively.
