The St. Louis Cardinals have activated their doubleheader starters for Monday in lefty Kwang-Hyun Kim and right-hander Daniel Ponce de Leon. The former is coming off the injured list and the latter was promoted from the team’s alternate site. Outfielder Austin Dean returned to the injured list.
